First-time subscribers to City Chic's emails get $50 off a first full-price order of $149 or more. It's online only, one voucher per person, and the expiry is set in the welcome email, so sign up when you're close to ordering rather than weeks ahead. If you've subscribed before, you won't qualify.
The voucher only applies to full-priced items, so sale styles don't qualify.

Online orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they're in new condition with tags attached and you have the tax invoice. Final Sale items, items $30 and under, and change of mind swimwear and underwear (bras aside) can't be returned unless faulty.
Start a return in the online returns portal and drop it at Australia Post or a ParcelPoint location. The $9.95 fee comes off your refund, and online orders can't be exchanged, so a new size means a new order.
Taking the parcel to a City Chic store skips that fee, as long as you bring ID matching the name on the order. Faulty items are covered in full.
The Sale and Clearance sections hold the deepest cuts, with discounts taken off the original RRP. Online and in-store sale ranges often differ, and the website price is the one your order gets.
Sale prices can't take a City Chic coupon on top, but sale orders still earn Nation Credits towards your tier. Final Sale pieces can't be returned for change of mind, so size carefully before you grab one.
