Staff at partner companies can shop the Corporate Partnership Store after verifying a work email. New offers go live every Thursday, purchases are capped per product category each calendar year, and its prices can sit below the public store's for the same models.
Phone and tablet trade-ins come straight off the price at checkout, then Asurion grades the old device once it's posted back. A device in worse condition than declared has its value cut, so an accurate condition rating protects the discount.

That first app order is the easy win here, a 10% discount is worth taking before you buy direct from Samsung. We'd use it on a full-price phone, tablet or wearable, especially since those categories also get free standard delivery in Australia. Big TVs and appliances are the catch, delivery fees still apply there.
If you're buying direct more than once, Samsung Rewards are worth joining from the first order. Use the app first if you're new.
Rewards is free, and you're enrolled automatically when you create a Samsung Account. Points build on eligible purchases made while logged in on the online store or Shop App, and your tier depends on what you've spent there over the previous 24 months.
Blue is the starting tier, earning 1% of your spend in points plus bonus points offers during selected promotions.
Gold, reached at $2,500 to $3,999, earns 3% with bonus points boosts and 2,000 bonus points on upgrade.
Platinum, reached at $4,000 or more, earns 5% with bonus points boosts, early email access to select promotions and 5,000 bonus points on upgrade.
Tiers are reviewed on the last day of each month, counting purchases past the 14 day cooling off period, and changes show on the 10th of the following month.
A new tier lasts 24 months, after which you need the same level of spend to keep it.
On an example $3,000 order, Blue returns $30 in points, Gold $90 and Platinum $150. Claims go through the online claim form, with your order number and email, the product SKU, the cheaper price and the date it was listed, a link to the offer and a screenshot showing the model, SKU, retailer, price, web address and stock availability.
You'll get an email reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days once the order has been delivered in full.

The store's own price is the one to watch, as it often moves when a sale event starts, and a claim can go in before your order arrives. Only one claim is allowed per product SKU, per order, so let a sliding price settle, then lodge before day 14.
A cheaper listing only counts if it's brand new, an Australian SKU identical in make, model, size and colour, and available to add to cart on the retailer's Australian website.

Each swap or screen replacement carries a one time service fee based on your device series, although your first screen replacement request is free.
A screen replacement request can also cover a battery replacement, a detailed clean or diagnostic testing.
Theft and loss aren't covered.
If you upgrade every two years, the 2 year plan gives the most swaps for one payment, while the monthly subscription suits anyone unsure how long they'll keep the phone.
Samsung Care+ for Appliances covers TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, washer dryer combos and split system air conditioners for 2 years from delivery. It can only be bought online with an eligible product, and cover varies by product.
You get 24/7 support chat and a guaranteed replacement if your product isn't repaired within 14 days of an expert's inspection.
Select parts for accidental damage are 25% off, limited to panels for TVs.
Fridges add a free water filter and shelf replacement, a free clean and up to $200 in food spoilage compensation after a breakdown.
Washers cover up to $100 for clothes damaged by a breakdown.
The plan also gives 5% off your next purchase on the online store and 20% off home appliance accessories.
The 5% perk is worth $100 on an example $2,000 washer but only $10 on an example $200 accessory, so save it for your next big purchase. The 20% accessories voucher can only be used once during your cover, must be spent in full in a single transaction and can't be combined with any other offer or Samsung coupon code unless otherwise stated, which makes one larger accessories order the way to use it.
Trade-in credit is often the most dependable discount on a new Galaxy. Eligible smartphones, tablets, wearables and audio accessories, including older or cracked screen devices, can be traded in online, with the value plus any bonus credit taken off at checkout. Values and bonuses change with each campaign.
A Security Charge equal to the trade-in value is held on your credit card until Asurion receives and grades your old device, so you need enough limit to carry it.

Your first eligible purchase on the website, made while logged in to a Samsung Account with marketing messages opted in, generates a referral code on your MyPage within 24 hours. Friends and family who use it get 5% off an eligible product.
The code is valid for 30 days from your purchase date.
It's only issued for that first purchase and stops working if the order is returned, replaced or cancelled.
It can't be used on the Education Store, Samsung Business, partnership portals or the Government Store, and only one referral code works per transaction.
Ask someone who has just placed their first order, since the 30 days run from their purchase. Referral codes usually can't be combined with other public codes, so when a bigger public code covers your order, that one wins. The program can be extended or ended at any time.
The Samsung Shop App gathers deals in one place, personalises offers around the categories you pick and carries app exclusive offers. Live Shop streams sometimes add a short-lived Samsung promo code for selected ranges.
Channel prices don't always match, so open the app and the Live Shop page before buying on the website and go with the lowest final price that day. App purchases still earn Rewards points and qualify for the Price Promise, so switching channel costs you nothing.
Separate member stores carry their own pricing.
The Government Store is open to current or newly accepted government employees in Australia with a valid government email address, with up to 20% off selected products, a limit of 3 products per category each calendar year and, at times, an extra discount on your first purchase.

Only the main online store and Shop App earn Rewards points. During big sales, when the price gap narrows, the main store with a Samsung discount code and the points you'd earn can come out ahead of a portal price.
