Every 500 points is worth $10 off, up to $100 for 5,000 points. The same 500 can buy free shipping instead, and the rewards menu also lists free products such as socks, caps and drink bottles, depending on availability.

Your level sets the birthday reward, from 10% off at Level 1 to 15% at Level 2, 20% at Level 3 and a $50 code at Level 4, with a $79 minimum spend.

Add your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) under Ways to Earn Points at least 30 days ahead. It can only be entered once and rewards aren't backdated. The code can take up to 24 hours after your birthday to arrive and lasts 30 days from issue. A 20% birthday code on full price pieces beats the 15% bundle, and only one can be used, so have a wishlist ready.

Launches open first in the app, with early access, first to know notifications and app exclusive discounts. Limited colours and collaborations can sell out before most shoppers reach the website, and styles may show as sold out until the official launch time, so refresh right then.

Use the Australian store's app, as regional apps differ in pricing, stock and shipping. Rewards can be redeemed there, but returns go through the website's Returns Portal.
