Standard delivery is free on Australian orders over $100. Below that, standard costs $10 and express costs $16. Express isn’t available to WA or NT, and orders usually take 1 to 3 business days to process before they ship from Victoria.
If you’re a little under $100, adding a piece you’d buy anyway is better value than paying $10 for postage. Don’t pad the cart with something you plan to send back, though, because return postage is on you and delivery costs aren’t refunded. Outside Australia Post’s next business day network, express can still take up to 7 business days, so we’d keep the $16 for metro addresses with a real deadline.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn, in original condition and tagged. Get return instructions from customer service by email, chat or the contact form before posting anything. Online orders can’t be exchanged by post, so a wrong size means a refund and a new order.
Return postage is yours, and original delivery is only refunded for faulty or incorrect items.
Clearance items, earrings, lingerie and hosiery can’t be returned for change of mind.
Refunds can take up to 30 working days after you post the parcel.
Online orders can also go back to a store with the tax invoice within 30 days, where you can swap sizes if stock allows. That route skips the return postage.
The Sale section is split by category, so you can go straight to sale dresses, tops, knitwear, skirts or outerwear instead of scrolling the whole range. Markdowns vary from piece to piece. Clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind, so a deep markdown only pays off when you’re confident about fit. We’d stick to clearance styles in sizes you already wear from this label and buy riskier fits at full price, where a return is still possible.
