I've been an Editor at CupoNation Australia since 2022, updating Milky Goodness promotions and checking codes each week.
My suggestion is to buy Hydration Boost as a 10 single-serve pack rather than individual sachets. The pack works out at about $1.90 a serve, against $3.50 for one sachet. It's the cheaper way to keep a supply on hand.
Lactation cookies are the core of the Milky Goodness range, in flavours such as Caramilk, Biscoff and White Choc Macadamia. DIY cookie and brownie mixes, lactation drink mixes, Hydration Boost sachets and breastfeeding essentials like nursing cups and storage magnets sit alongside, plus e-books and gift cards.
Sample cookies let you taste a flavour for a few dollars before buying a full box, and Mixed Flavour and Mystery Boxes add variety in one order. Cookies are sealed in pairs and keep for nine to 12 months, so larger orders don't go to waste. An allergen list flags dairy-free, soy-free and gluten-free options.
Subscribe to the Milky Goodness email newsletter on their website to receive a free chocolate caramel drink mix with your next order.
Discover the Cookie Lover's Premium Collection at a stunningly discounted price. Get it today while the offer lasts!
Bundles cut the price without needing a Milky Goodness promo code, because the discount is already built in.
The bundles collection groups lactation cookies, drink mixes, hydration sachets and breastfeeding accessories at a lower price than buying each item on its own. Each bundle shows the original price next to the bundle price, so the saving is clear before you add it to your cart.
The 3-box cookie bundles are the simplest pick once you know which flavours you like. Bigger packs also push one order closer to free shipping, which a couple of single boxes rarely does.
The small and large sample bundles let you try a spread of the range for much less than buying full boxes of each. It's the cheaper way to find the flavour you'll actually eat every day before you commit to a 3-box bundle or a subscription. With no change of mind returns, testing first also means you won't be stuck with boxes you don't enjoy.
Selected lactation cookies can be bought on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription, and every delivery is 5% cheaper than a one-off order. There's no lock-in contract, and you can edit, pause, skip or cancel at any time.
Skips and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next order.
Subscriptions are managed in a separate portal, with the login details sent in their own email.
Five per cent is smaller than most bundle discounts, so subscribing pays off once you've settled on a flavour and know how quickly you get through a box. Save that portal email straight away, as a skip you can't log in to make means paying for a box you didn't need.
Australian orders over $150 ship free with standard delivery, and orders over $200 get free express delivery. Both thresholds count the value of products and digital items, paid e-books included. Orders placed before midday on a business day usually leave the same day, then standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days and express 1 to 3.
If you live near Mulgrave in NSW, choosing local pickup at checkout skips the delivery fee altogether. For everyone else, a paid e-book you were planning to buy is a handy top-up for an order sitting just under $150, since it adds value without adding weight to the parcel.
A few e-books cost nothing, including the hospital bag checklist, a mini meal plan and a Q&A e-book from a lactation consultant. Add them to your cart and check out like a normal order, and the download link lands in your inbox within a few minutes. Free downloads can be opened as often as you like, while paid e-books only download once, so save paid files as soon as they arrive.
Velocity Frequent Flyer members can earn points on orders by clicking through to Milky Goodness from the Velocity eStore, at a base rate of 2 points per $1. Points are tracked within 5 days and added within 30 days, and delivery costs and GST don't count. A Milky Goodness discount code from outside the eStore can cancel the points, so on a small order a percentage code is usually the bigger saving.
Each month one winner gets a free box of lactation cookies with standard shipping included. To enter, post a breastfeeding photo to your Facebook or Instagram feed or stories with #workyourmilkymagic and @milkygoodness_ tagged. Every photo counts as a separate entry, so posting a few times across the month lifts your odds at no cost. The brand can repost entries, so only share images you're happy to see on their pages.
