Minimum terms are 12 or 24 months depending on the machine, with a total minimum cost from $600 to $3,150, and the plan comes with Ambassador status.
Cancel before the minimum term ends and you pay the difference between the machine's recommended retail price at sign up and what you paid upfront.

It's good value when the monthly amount matches what you'd spend on capsules anyway, because the credit isn't extra money. Light drinkers usually do better buying a machine outright.
Coffee Plus is a recurring order plan for Club members. Every recurring order of $75 or more gets 10% off and free standard delivery, applied automatically. Limited edition capsules, select accessories and machines are excluded, and an order under $75 keeps the plan active but loses both perks. You can change, skip or cancel at any time through your account, by phone or at a boutique, with no fee.
Some promotions work alongside the plan but not all of them, so a Nespresso discount code may not cover a recurring order.
Members already get free standard delivery at $75, so the real gain over a one-off order is the 10%. It's worth it if you drink the same blends every month, and much less useful if you mostly chase limited editions.
Log in before you pay and standard delivery is free on orders of $75 or more in one transaction. Under that, it's $9. Members also pay just $3 for express delivery on orders of $75 or more instead of the usual $12, which makes it the cheapest upgrade when you're nearly out of capsules. Ambassadors skip the minimum altogether.
Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are processed the same day, while later or weekend orders go out the next business day.
If your basket sits a little under $75, topping it up with capsules you'll drink anyway costs less than the $9 fee, since none of that extra coffee goes to waste.
Members regularly get bonus capsule offers, where bigger capsule orders earn free extra capsules, with more free coffee at each higher tier. They're short lived, so it pays to hold a large restock until one is on rather than ordering little and often. Capsules bought through Coffee Plus don't count towards them.

In the month of your membership anniversary, Club members and Ambassadors get 10 bonus capsules on an eligible capsule order, once per membership year. Your anniversary is set by your first coffee purchase as a member.
