Our tip is to use the code on something you already want at full price.

Standard delivery is free on orders over $90 anywhere in Australia. Below that, standard costs $9.95 and express costs $14.99. Every parcel goes out with Australia Post from their warehouse in Victoria, so Melbourne metro orders tend to arrive first and Perth waits longest on standard.
If your cart sits a little under $90, adding a basic you'd buy anyway, like socks or a tee, often costs less than the $9.95 fee. Express is worth paying for only when you need something by a set date.

A wetsuit that fails inside its first year is a claim, not a new purchase.
