For 2-hour delivery orders, they must be placed by 5 pm on weekdays or 4 pm on weekends and public holidays. Orders can't exceed 20kg and exclude bulky items, live animals, and some housing such as aquariums and kennels. If a qualifying 2-hour delivery order arrives late, the $10.95 fee is refunded. However, this is only when you ask for it by emailing them or using their Live Chat.
These thresholds are worth clearing only with things you'd buy anyway. Adding $20 of treats you don't need to dodge a $10.95 fee leaves you $9.05 worse off, while pulling forward the bag of litter you were going to order next week is a genuine win.

Repeat Delivery sends selected food, litter, treats, and flea, tick and worm treatments on a schedule you choose. It is managed through your Friends for Life account on the website or the Petbarn app. Eligible product pages show a separate Repeat Delivery price next to the member and non-member prices. If an item is on special when your order is dispatched, the better price is passed on to you.
Read the savings figures carefully. Repeat Delivery savings are calculated against the non-member price, so the advertised saving includes the member discount you would get anyway just by signing in. The real extra benefit is the gap between the member price and the Repeat Delivery price, plus never paying for a rushed delivery when you run out. Scheduled orders of $49 or more ship free to select metro areas. However, any Repeat Delivery order containing fresh or frozen food costs $10.95 to deliver, regardless of its value or delivery area.
