I started as an Editor with CupoNation Australia in 2023, where I refresh Baccarat offers weekly and hand-check discount codes so they deliver on savings.
I suggest checking out their cookware starter sets. They are often priced lower than buying individual pieces, making them a smart way to stock up on high-quality essentials without splurging.
Baccarat describes itself as Australia's largest homegrown cookware brand. The range covers stainless steel and non-stick cookware, knives including Japanese steel ranges, appliances, kitchenware and bakeware. Online, it's sold through its own website as well as House, Robins Kitchen and MyHouse.
Its products are grouped into named ranges such as Stone, iD3 and Damashiro. If you're adding to a set you already own, searching by range name finds matching pieces quickly, which is often cheaper than replacing the whole set.
Subscribe to the Baccarat email newsletter on their website to receive a $20 promo code via email. Code is valid for 30 days from issue on eligible cookware purchases for new subscribers.

Join the newsletter and you'll get a $20 welcome code for your next order. It works on orders of $100 or more and is valid for one month from the date it's issued.
Appliances and items marked as Hot Buy are excluded.
No further discounts apply, so it won't combine with sale extras.
On a $100 cart, $20 works out to a 20% saving, and that share drops as the cart grows. That makes this Baccarat discount code strongest on a single full-priced knife or frypan just over the minimum. When a sale is offering an extra 20% off selected items, the sale wins on any eligible cart above $100, so keep the code for full-priced pieces.
The deepest markdowns come from two places, the bundle deals and the big sale events held a few times a year.
The Bundle Deals section pairs a main item, such as a cookware set or knife block, with a free gift and a sale price well under RRP. These bundles are tagged as hot offers, and the extra percentage off during sale events doesn't apply to hot offers, so the bundle price is usually as low as it goes.
Bundles make sense when you'd use both pieces. Free gifts have to be returned with the main item or their regular price comes off your refund, so a bundle you're unsure about costs more to undo than a single pan.
Baccarat regularly runs a Frenzy sale and an Afterpay Day sale, each with markdowns off RRP plus, usually, an extra 20% off selected items. That extra excludes appliances, hot offers and gift cards. These sale offers aren't valid with any other offer, so a Baccarat promo code won't stack on top.
Based on our research, these events suit knives and individual cookware pieces best, where the extra 20% lands on an already reduced price. For appliances, the headline markdown is all you'll get, so there's less reason to wait.
Standard delivery with Australia Post is free on orders of $130 or more. Below that you pay a flat $11.95, while express costs $14.95 per order and isn't available in every postcode.
Orders usually dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom Chef engraving can add up to a week before dispatch.
If you're short of $130 by less than the $11.95 fee, adding a utensil or kitchen tool you'd use anyway costs less than paying for shipping. Express can't speed up the engraving wait, so it's poor value on a personalised knife order.
Online orders can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. You pay return postage with Australia Post, and the original delivery charge isn't refunded. Personalised Custom Chef pieces and items tagged "no change of mind" are excluded. Start a return through live chat or by emailing customer service.
If a return drops your order below the minimum spend a Baccarat promo code needed, that discount is voided, so sending back one piece from a discounted order can cost more than you'd expect.
Afterpay, Zip and PayPal's pay later option are all offered at checkout, so you can spread the cost of a cookware set over several instalments. It's handiest when a bundle or sale price won't last and you'd rather not pay it all at once. Splitting payments doesn't lower the price, so treat it as a cash flow tool and pair it with a sale or code for the actual saving.
The Clearance section is worth a look for single knives, tools and saucepans, and during sale events many items get the extra percentage off applied at the cart. Clearance items can't be returned for change of mind, though, so it's the place for pieces you already know you want, not for trying a new range.
The Cookware Care Guide covers non-stick, ceramic, stainless steel and cast iron, with short videos on seasoning and cleaning. Non-stick and ceramic pans should be seasoned before their first use. The guarantee only covers products used under the care and use instructions, and cosmetic marks such as scratches, stains or water marks aren't treated as defects. A few minutes with the guide is cheaper than buying the same pan twice.
Orders can usually be changed or cancelled until the warehouse starts picking, so contact customer service through live chat or email straight away if something's wrong. Codes only count when the order is placed, so if you forgot your welcome code, cancelling and reordering with it applied is the way to get the $20. Once a parcel ships, fixing a mistake means a change of mind return with postage at your cost.
