Codes at David Lawrence go in at checkout, not in the bag. Tap Checkout, find "Add a discount code" in the Order Summary panel and enter it before you move on to payment. The total should update straight away, so confirm the saving shows before you pay.

Read the conditions on our latest codes too. Some leave out certain categories or need a minimum spend, and a code that fails on one item in a mixed bag can make it look like the whole code is broken. If it won't apply, remove the excluded piece and try again rather than giving up on the discount.

Pooled points can't be taken back if you leave, and Birthday Rewards stay with each member, so pool only with someone you shop with long term.

Tiers are based on what you spend across the Myer Group in each membership year, which runs from 1 April to 31 March. Spending $750 makes you Silver and $2,500 makes you Gold, while Platinum is by invitation only.

Silver members get one MY Reward Day a year and Gold members get two. Once you activate it, bonus points apply to eligible spend across the Myer Group for 24 hours from your next shop, capped at $2,000, and it can't be combined with other bonus point offers. Members also get early sales access plus Birthday and Anniversary Rewards, but the birthday one has conditions. Standard delivery is free on David Lawrence orders of $99 or more. Below that, a flat $9.95 fee applies anywhere in Australia, with metro orders usually arriving in 3 to 7 business days and regional areas, including WA, QLD and NT, in 7 to 10. Express, when it's offered at checkout, is a flat $12.95.

Here's how the threshold plays out. On an example $85 order you'd pay $9.95 to ship it. Add a $20 item and the order reaches $105 with free delivery, so that extra piece effectively costs you about $10. If you were going to buy a belt or scarf anyway, add it now. Check the total after your code is applied, though, because a discount can drop a borderline order back under $99.

If you live near a Myer store, Click & Collect skips the delivery fee on any order size. Order before midday and it's usually ready the same day, otherwise the next day. Bring your "Ready for collection" email, and if you can't get there yourself you can nominate someone else, including a courier such as Uber, before you check out.

Orders are held for 21 days before they're sent back and refunded. For a small order you don't need delivered, this is the simplest way to avoid the $9.95 fee.

That fee can cancel out most of a discount code's saving, so the store route wins whenever a Myer is nearby. Keep your online tax invoice or packing slip, because an order confirmation email isn't accepted as proof of purchase.
