I’ve been an Editor at CupoNation Australia since 2023, where I update Novo Shoes offers several times a week and ensure every discount code is tested. I would recommend searching by heel height or style rather than by the product name. The brand sometimes lists identical shoes under different names in the Outlet section, and this trick helps uncover the lower-priced duplicates.
Gift cards start at $50 and go up to $200 in $50 increments. You can grab them online or at any store, and they're valid for three years. Something we really like about Novo gift cards is the flexibility—buy one during a sale period and use it later when you spot the perfect pair.
Physical gift cards work online by entering the details from the back in the 'Redeem Gift Card' field at checkout. Digital gift cards follow the same process and can be used in-store with help from the retail team. This gives you the freedom to shop whenever suits you best. We do want to mention that if you return an item bought with a gift card, you'll receive a new gift card or e-voucher valid for three years, or you can exchange it. We recommend keeping your card details safe—lost or stolen cards can't be replaced, which means you'd lose that value entirely.
Novo sells women’s shoes, including heels, sandals, wedges, flats, boots and sneakers, plus handbags, jewellery, sunglasses and belts. It sells online and through Novo stores, and some styles are also stocked by other retailers such as Myer.
Where you buy affects your returns. Online returns by post are at your cost, but full-priced online items can be returned to a store with proof of purchase. Sale items bought online must go back by post. In-store purchases can’t be refunded for a change of mind, only exchanged or swapped for a gift card. Click & Collect orders can only be refunded by cancelling when you pick them up. Final Sale and Outlet items can’t be returned for a change of mind, and pairs bought from other retailers must go back to that retailer.
Verify active university student status through Student Beans to receive a 10% discount code via email. Apply code at checkout on heels, boots, and sandals. Excludes sale lines.
Register a new user account on the Novo Shoes website and subscribe to their newsletter to receive a $10 welcome promo code via email. Code applies during checkout.
Sign up for the Novo Rewards program and earn these amazing perks:
$10 discount code to use upon sign-up
$20 voucher to use on your birthday
Early access to sale events and exclusive deals.
While these perks are amazing, our favourite one is that you earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the brand. Once you have reached 100 points, you will get a $10 voucher to use on your next order. Also, Novo Shoes discount codes work on sale items with an AU$80 minimum spend. For example, use your earned $10 voucher on discounted boots to double your savings. Members also get early access to exclusive offers. Terms may change, so check your account for current details.
Orders over $79 are automatically eligible for free standard shipping. The fee is $9.95 if your order is under that amount, or $14.95 flat if you choose express shipping. We prefer this option if you are planning to buy multiple shoes at once.
While the free shipping option is great, we honestly prefer the Click & Collect option. If you are located near a Novo Shoes store, this is a great way to save on shipping fees and time. You just need to spend at least $39.95 to become eligible and pick it up on the same day!
