The coupon is issued once, to new accounts, and each person can hold just one account. That first order also moves you up to Pink Olive, which brings birthday points and membership coupons.

Yes. The 10% GST is added at checkout, because product prices and shipping fees on the site don't include it. Prices are shown in US dollars.

GST sits on top of your order, so it doesn't count towards the US$60 free shipping threshold or your tier spend. Allow for that extra 10% when you set a budget for a big haul.

Coupons and codes can't be added once payment is complete. While the order still shows Payment Completed, you can cancel the whole order and place it again with the code. Any points or coupons used on the cancelled order go back to your account if they're still valid.

Once the order moves to Preparing Shipment, it can't be cancelled. Apply the code in the cart and make sure the discount shows before you pay.
