Online prices are set separately from store prices and can't be transferred either way. When I spot a style cheaper on the website, I order it online and pick it up with free Click & Collect rather than paying the store price.
Skechers is sold in Australia through Accent Group, which became the world’s first Skechers distributor in 1993 and now runs around 98 Skechers stores across Australia and New Zealand, alongside the Skechers website. The range covers shoes, apparel and accessories for men, women and kids.
Accent also supplies Skechers to other retailers, and each runs its own sales. Buying direct has its own perks, though, as Skechers’ own stores and website let you earn Qantas Points and Skechers Insider rewards.

Students get 10% off online at Skechers through UNiDAYS. Log in or register with UNiDAYS, verify your student status, then grab your unique Skechers discount code and enter it at checkout.
Save it for full-price styles, such as new-season runners or work shoes, where 10% takes the most off. Marked-down pairs are often cheaper than the student price already, so the code adds little there.
Both programs are free, and you can earn them on the same purchase online or in store, so linking them before you buy costs nothing.
Join Skechers Insider by ticking the option when you create an account. You earn 1 point per $1 spent, and every 200 points turns into a $20 reward, which works out to roughly 10% back.
Rewards appear in your account within 48 hours of a purchase.
A reward can only be used on a purchase over $120, and shipping doesn't count towards it.
Each reward expires 6 months after it's issued.
The $120 minimum matters most. With a reward close to expiry, a second item you were going to buy anyway can lift a smaller order over the line.
Qantas Frequent Flyer members earn 2 Qantas Points per $1 spent. Online, add your member number at checkout along with any Skechers promo code, or save it to your account and stay logged in. Points land within 30 days.
Points can't be added later if you forget the number, so saving it to your account once is the safer habit. Double points promotions run from time to time and lift the rate to 4 points per $1, which makes them the best window for a bigger planned purchase.
Express Delivery is the standard option at Skechers. It's free on orders over $150 and costs $15 below that, with metro orders usually arriving in 1 to 2 business days and regional ones in 2 to 4. If your order sits just under $150, adding socks or a second pair you'd buy anyway can cost less than the fee.
Faster options cost $23 per order in metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, however much you spend.
4 Hour Delivery covers orders placed before 2pm on weekdays.
Next Day Delivery covers orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays.
Neither service delivers to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Because free delivery doesn't cover these, they're only worth paying for when you genuinely need the shoes tomorrow.
The sale section covers shoes and clothing for women, men and kids. A Skechers coupon won't always help here, as some codes can't be used on sale products, so the marked price is usually the deal.
Sale items can still be returned for change of mind within 30 days, which takes the risk out of trying a reduced style you haven't worn before.
Click & Collect is free with no minimum spend. Orders placed during store hours, at least an hour before closing, are usually ready within an hour, and the store holds them for up to 21 days. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
It only shows when your chosen store has the item in stock. For a small order with a Skechers discount code that doesn't reach free delivery, it's the simplest way to keep the full saving.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days, including sale items, if they're unused, unwashed and in their original, undamaged packaging with proof of purchase.
Posting a return through the Online Returns Portal costs $12.99 for the label, and the refund goes to your original payment method.
Returning an online order to any Skechers store costs nothing, and you can exchange for another size or colour there, subject to stock.
Original delivery fees aren't refunded.
Don't tape the shoebox or stick labels on it, as a damaged box can see the return refused. If a store is nearby, the in-store route saves the label fee and sorts the fit in one trip.
Codes are case-sensitive and go in the "enter promo code" box at the payment stage. When one fails, the usual reasons are an expired code, sale products or limited releases in your cart, another offer already applied, or an order under the code's minimum spend.
With a mixed cart, put full-price styles in their own order with the code and buy sale pairs separately. Free Click & Collect stops the second order from adding a delivery fee.
