Williams Shoes discount codes and coupon codes in October 2026

Shoebucks is Williams Shoes' free rewards club, and you can join by creating an account online. Your tier depends on how much you spend over a rolling 12 months, and every tier keeps the everyday member perks, including second pair half price, free delivery on orders of $79 or more and early access to sale events.

• All Members start at sign up and receive a welcome reward within a day or two of joining, which needs a spend of $30 or more on full priced items in one transaction.

• Silver members have spent $200 or more in the last 12 months and receive a tier reward about 30 days after levelling up.

• Gold members have spent $350 or more in the last 12 months, also earn a tier reward, and need to spend $350 again within 12 months to keep Gold.

On top of the tiers, you get a birthday reward once each calendar year and an anniversary reward on your sign up date every 12 months. All Member rewards are valid for 30 days from issue, while the Shoebucks terms give Silver rewards 60 days and Gold rewards 90 days. Rewards can't be swapped for cash or used on past orders, and several can go on the same order.

That expiry is where most of the value gets lost, especially at the entry tier. Rather than letting a birthday reward lapse, plan a purchase you already need, such as school shoes or a work pair, around the date it lands, and add any other live rewards to the same order since they combine. Perks only apply when you're logged in, so sign in before you fill your bag.

Second pair half price is a standing Shoebucks perk rather than a one off sale. Log in, put two pairs of full price or markdown shoes in your cart in the same transaction, and the discount applies automatically at checkout, so you don't need a Williams Shoes discount code to get it. Accessories and gift cards don't count towards the pair.

The half price comes off the second pair of equal or lesser value, then gets spread across both pairs on your order. Two pairs at the same price save 25% of the pair total, and the further apart the prices are, the smaller that share becomes. Pairing shoes of similar price, such as school shoes for two children or a work pair with a weekend pair, gets you closest to the full 25%.

Shoebucks members get a unique referral code to share. Your friend takes $10 off their first purchase of full priced items once the order reaches $50, and you earn a $10 reward for your next order after they've used your code.

Because the friend's discount only covers full priced styles, it's worth more outside big sales, when markdowns would do the work anyway. Your own reward runs on the same expiry clock as other rewards, so refer someone shortly before you plan to shop and it can go straight onto that order.

Shoebucks members get free standard delivery on Australian orders of $79 or more, as long as they are logged in. Orders under $79 pay a $10 delivery fee, and an order that ships in several parcels doesn't cost extra. Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

That $10 fee is a big slice of a small order. On an example $70 order it adds about 14%, so adding a pair of socks or a shoe care product you would buy anyway can cost less than the fee itself. Check the cart total after you apply a Williams Shoes discount code too, because a code that pulls your order under $79 can bring the fee back and eat into the saving.

Williams offers free 30 day returns on eligible online orders, posted back with Australia Post at no cost to you.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, in the original packaging and shoebox.

• Final Sale items can't be returned unless they're faulty.

• Sale items are refunded at the discounted price you paid.

• Online exchanges aren't available, but a store can swap the pair for another and you pay any price difference there.

A refund can take up to 10 business days to reach the returns facility, 4 to 6 business days to be processed and 1 to 7 business days to show at your bank. If you need a different size quickly, ordering the replacement first protects the size you want instead of waiting weeks for the money.

Williams accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB and UnionPay cards, plus PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Zip online. Afterpay splits your order into four interest free instalments over six weeks, so an example $160 order becomes four payments of $40. Zip is also offered at checkout, with its own terms set by Zip.

Any Williams Shoes promo code or Shoebucks reward comes off the order before the total is split, so every instalment shrinks with it. Buy now, pay later only stays free when each instalment is paid on time, so it suits a planned purchase better than an impulse one.

Williams Shoes runs a dedicated Friday Sale page in November and promotes Boxing Day sales, and its recent offer terms show sitewide percentage off events and a mid year Back to School Sale. Based on our research, back to school deals also land around January, before the school year starts.

Shoebucks members get early access to sale events, so joining before a big sale puts you ahead of the crowd for popular school and work sizes, which tend to sell out first. Add the styles you want to your wishlist and check whether a Williams Shoes promo code is running before you pay. Buying early in a sale usually beats waiting for a deeper markdown on a size that may be gone.

The Promotions link in the footer of the Williams Shoes website lists the offers running at the moment, with the included styles, sale durations and full terms. Reading it before you hunt for a Williams Shoes discount code tells you whether a sitewide deal already beats a code, and whether the offer rules out second pair half price or other promotions. A few minutes on the terms can stop you picking the smaller of two deals that can't be combined.

Click & Collect is free with no minimum spend, and orders are usually ready within 3 hours when you order at least 3 hours before your chosen store closes. On an order under $79, that skips the $10 delivery fee entirely.

Wait for the Order Ready email or SMS, then bring photo ID, or nominate someone else at checkout to pick it up. Orders are held for 14 days. It isn't offered in every state yet and can drop off the checkout in peak sale periods, so treat it as the easy fix when a small order falls short of the free delivery threshold.
