Collect in Store is free wherever the stock is available. Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a business day are ready the same day, and the store holds them for 7 days from your Ready for Collection email. Bring that email and photo ID.
You can try pieces on when you collect, and the team can exchange or refund on the spot if something isn't right. For a size you're unsure of, it's the cheapest route, with no delivery fee and no postal return fee if it doesn't fit.
You have 21 days from delivery to return an online order for a change of mind, unworn and unwashed with all tags on.
Postal returns through the Returns portal cost a flat $8.99 per parcel, taken out of your refund.

Email subscribers are first to hear about new collections, promotions and product launches. Signing up before a season changes over means the sale announcement lands while the full size range is still there, rather than after the best pieces have sold.
Afterpay splits an order into four equal payments over 8 weeks with no change to the price. Orders paid this way are refund only, so swapping a size means a refund and a new order, and a new order under $99 brings the $10 delivery fee back. Pay by card when you're unsure of the fit.
Sportscraft also sells through David Jones, Myer and online marketplaces, but those orders work differently. Online orders through department stores or THE ICONIC don't earn rewards, gift cards and birthday vouchers can't be used at department store concessions, and returns follow that seller's own policy. Shopping on the brand's own site keeps the rewards, vouchers and free in-store returns together.
