You'll need an account to manage the schedule, and you can run several Repeat Deliveries at once. Setting one up for flea treatment and another for food means each arrives when it's actually due, so nothing sits in the cupboard.
The Repeat Delivery discount is worked out from the product's full price, and you pay whatever that price is on the day the order is processed. A clearance or promotion price on a one-off order can therefore come in lower than the Repeat Delivery price for the same item.

Standard delivery is free on orders over $69, as long as the order weighs under 60kg and goes to a metro or major regional area. Below that, or outside those areas, the fee is worked out at checkout.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items get a free returns label. Start either type through the Returns Portal with your order number and email. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.
Return postage on a heavy bag of food can eat into a refund, so change of mind returns make the most sense for light, pricier items like flea treatments or accessories.
New customers who sign up get $10 off a first order over $100. It's valid for 7 days, once per customer, and doesn't work on Repeat Delivery, gift cards or with other offers.
The 7-day limit is the trap. Sign up only when you're ready to place a big one-off order, such as a bulk stock-up before you switch your regular items to Repeat Delivery.
PetPost runs rotating brand promotions, usually a percentage off one range or set prices on popular bags, with the terms listed on its Promotional Terms page. Each one is limited to stock on hand and can't be combined with a PetPost coupon or any other offer.
Because nothing stacks, a code is best saved for an order of brands that aren't currently on promotion.
One-off orders can be split into 4 interest-free Afterpay instalments over 6 weeks, which helps when a bulk buy or a bundle stretches this week's budget. Late fees apply if you miss a payment, so it only saves money when the instalments line up with your pay cycle.
