Black Swallow offers a 7-day return policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, contact their customer service for instructions. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, inspect upon receipt and contact immediately. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact their customer service email.
