Returned items also come off your spend balance, which can push you back below a Spend and Earn or Choose Your Sale Day threshold.
Rewards can only be used once, can't pay for delivery and can't be used to buy gift cards. Purchases from department stores, third party websites and Forever New stores outside Australia don't count towards your balance, so buying the same dress through another retailer means missing out on credit towards your next reward.

The sale section regularly adds new markdowns, including dedicated Petite and Curve sale ranges. From time to time, the retailer also runs an extra discount on sale styles on top of the marked price. Depending on the promotion, it applies automatically or needs a Forever New promo code entered at checkout, and products marked Final Price are excluded.

Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Shop Pay and Forever New gift cards. You can't split one order across several payment methods, except that a gift card or exchange card can be used alongside another accepted method.
Afterpay and Zip let eligible shoppers spread the cost, but gift cards can't be bought with Afterpay. E-gift cards come in values from $20 to $200, are valid for three years from activation and are excluded from promotions, so they can't be bought at a discount.
