Every order ships by Australia Post Express, and shipping is free once your order clears the free shipping minimum. That minimum is worked out after any Sussan discount code or VIP voucher comes off, and orders below it pay a flat fee. Allow 1 to 4 business days for processing before dispatch.
A code can drop a borderline order under the minimum, so look at your total after applying it. If you're a few dollars short, adding a small accessory you'd buy anyway usually costs less than the fee. Picking up from a store is the other way around it on smaller orders.

Neither works with other promotional vouchers or on gift cards. Save the welcome voucher for an order that already tops $100 rather than adding items just to reach it.

The "Ready for Collection" email usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days, and you then have 14 days to pick up with photo ID before the order is cancelled and refunded. It suits small orders that fall short of the free shipping minimum.
