Sonos promo codes and coupon codes in November 2026
Get verified Sonos discount codes and the latest vouchers to help you save
I’ve been part of CupoNation Australia since 2021, working as a Senior Editor to keep Sonos promotions updated and codes tested weekly.
Once you place a Sonos order or continue to PayPal, the order is final, so a code you forgot can't be added afterwards. I always pause on the payment step and make sure the discount is showing in the total before I confirm.
In 2002, John MacFarlane, Craig Shelburne, Tom Cullen, and Trung Mai created Sonos to bring wireless audio solutions to the public. A few years later, they released their first line of products, and they soon grew their collection and expanded their business worldwide.
Sonos now holds more than 4,000 patents and works with a soundboard of award-winning producers, mixers, artists and engineers, including Grammy-winning producer Giles Martin, to tune how its speakers, soundbars and headphones sound.
Verify active student status through Student Beans to receive a 15% discount code via email. Apply code at checkout on smart speakers and home audio systems.
Many of the sets on Sonos's website are priced under the combined cost of their parts, and each discounted listing shows the saving. Most pair a soundbar with a sub, add rear speakers to a soundbar, or match two speakers for stereo.
The bigger home theatre sets carry the biggest dollar savings, while two-speaker sets save less. On the sets we looked at, the cut worked out to roughly 5% of the separate prices. Mount sets and a few others show no saving at all, so only the ones with a "Save" label are actually cheaper.
Set pricing won't take a student code or an Upgrade Program credit on top. If one of those would knock more off the most expensive piece, buy that item on its own first and add the rest later.
An older Sonos speaker may earn you a single-use credit off one regular-priced product. Most eligible models, including the original Arc, Beam (Gen 1), One, Move, Roam and every Sub generation, earn 15% off. The 30% tier only covers very old gear such as the Play:5 (Gen 1), CR200 and some Connect and Connect:Amp models.
To claim it, sign in to your account, open the Upgrade tab, select the qualifying product and choose "Activate credit". The credit never expires, and you can keep using your old speaker.
Credits can't be used on refurbished products, gift cards or third-party products.
Credits can't be combined with any other promotion, discount or special pricing.
A percentage credit is worth most on your priciest regular-priced item, such as a soundbar. If that item is on sale, hold the credit for a later full-priced buy.
Every order ships free by Road Express, with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 11am AEST on a working day are dispatched the same day, though some are held for up to 24 hours for verification.
Major East Coast metro areas usually take 2 days.
Perth usually takes 4 days.
Out of zone postcodes can take 5 to 10 days.
There are no weekend or public holiday deliveries, and every parcel needs a signature. With no threshold to reach, there's no reason to pad an order with extras. If nobody's home on weekdays, a work address is often the better pick, because a missed parcel goes to a local TNT Exchange where available and is only held there for up to 10 days.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to start a return through the Start a Return page. Items need their original packaging and all materials, in new or as-new condition, and return shipping is covered with a prepaid label sent within 14 days of your return authorisation. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 to 15 working days. This only covers products bought directly from Sonos online or by phone.
Keep the box until you're sure. Without it, a speaker that doesn't suit your room is much harder to send back for free.
The Certified Refurbished range sells tested, like-new speakers and soundbars for less than new, and they carry the same one-year warranty as new products. Only a handful of models are listed at any time, so the range suits you best if you're flexible about the model or colour. Upgrade credits and student codes don't apply to refurbished items, which makes this the better route when you don't have either.
Students get 15% off through Student Beans once they sign up with a student email address, then paste the code at checkout.
It doesn't apply to refurbished items, sets, turntables or newer models such as Beam Ultra, Ace Ultra, Era 100 SL and Sonos Play.
Orders are capped at the local equivalent of $2,500 USD.
That makes it strongest on a single regular-priced speaker or soundbar outside the excluded list, where 15% comes straight off the full price.
Signing up to the newsletter at the bottom of the site gets you updates on new products and exclusive offers. No sign-up discount is advertised, so treat it as an alert service rather than a welcome code. It's worth joining if you're planning a bigger purchase, like a soundbar and sub, and can hold off until an offer lands in your inbox.
